At Digitality GovTech Centre of Excellence, initiated by digital leaders, our mission is to drive the digital transformation of the public sector. We aim to address the challenges faced by government agencies by connecting experiences and providing innovative digital solutions.
About
Digital technologies have revolutionized nearly
every aspect of our lives, from how we learn and work to how we access healthcare, cast our votes, and address the challenges of climate change. The internet has brought people together, democratizing access to information and opening new economic opportunities.
To keep pace with this rapidly evolving digital landscape, governments around the world are investing heavily in the public sector's digital transformation. In Europe alone, over €180 billion will be spent from the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) to modernize the public sector's services. However, efforts to improve citizen-centric digital public services are often hampered by a lack of collaboration and a limited capacity for innovation within government institutions.
Our initiative was born in Davos and driven by digital leaders to address these challenges globally by fostering international cooperation, exchanging best practices, and promoting citizen-centric digital services. We believe that by working together, we can achieve the ambitious goals outlined in Europe's Digital Decade targets for 2030

Nataliia Slynko
Experienced Project Management Professional with a comprehensive background in the sector of international development and technical assistance projects, and also a driver of changes in non-profits. In her background – effective capacity-building efforts in the organization, including professional development of the program staff to ensure the quality of the result-oriented program and project management. Her achievements include the introduction of the knowledge management system and the establishment of the Project Management Office. Ms. Slynko also managed several technical assistance programs funded by USAID, GIZ, EU Delegation, Swiss Development Cooperation, and other donor international institutions. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Project since 2018. Project Management Office Certified Practitioner (PMO-CP) by PMO Global Alliance since 2019. Member of Project Management Institute (PMI), PMI Ukraine, and PMI Belgium Chapter.
